Right upper abd pain: Any nausea and vomiting specially after meals? Any jaundice (yellowish skin or eyes)? Weight loss? Consider abdominal ultrasound. And perhaps also a abdominal CT scan if necessary. If negative consider getting upper abdominal endoscopy
