Not uncommon: Very high pitched, like dog-whistle? Not uncommonly reported in persons w/very high bp--which is the issue (the noise is just annoying). Check and document your BP & time of day taken, take list to your dr and get on or get meds adjusted to control your BP before have brain/heart/kidney/eye problem from the hypertension!
