Biop. report says. inactive endometrium showing ciliary change, small foci. endocervical mucosa w/rare polypoid changes. what's mean? should i worry

These are little benign things, basically curiosities, that are not indicators of premalignancy. We pathologists mention them as they're distinctive but the key is that we didn't see anything especially concerning.
