Many possibilities: We want to rule out tumors and stones. If there's no other evidence of illness, you may simply be one of the 1% of folks who just leaks a little blood into the urine without it being a problem. You may have thin-GBM non-disease or some unknown issue. If everything else checks out normal, stop worrying.
