You won't like it...: Exposure--i would suggest donating blood at a local blood drive (like for your hs or church, etc.). Focus on the fact that you are saving three people's lives, and not on the needle (yes it is big). Once you've done that, it will make all others small in comparison, and when you convince yourself "you got this" on a big scale, it will make the small stuff even smaller.

CBT: Seek a cognitive-behavioral therapist who specializes in phobias. One method they use is systematic desensitization which slowly and incrementally brings the person closer and closer to the thing they are afraid of in slow, graduated steps that help make the anxiety more tolerable.
