Rapid heart rate: Increase in your heart rate is normal during and for sometime after exercising. Feeling light headed is not normal. Stop and take rest when you feel light headed. Also blurry vision is one of the signs when you should stop exercising.

Not normal: At your young age you ought not to feel lightheaded when exercising to >85% MPR. Be sure you are well-hydrated before for sure, Having said that, if you feel lightheaded it might be because at high heart rates you go into an irregular rhythm (an arrhythmia) and so ineffective cardiac output so to speak. See your MD and consider a cardiology evaluation
