Yes, on empty stomac: All levothyroxine, including Levoxyl brand, should be taken on an empty stomach (http://www.drugs.com/dosage/levoxyl.html). Digestive enzymes shouldn't affect absorption. More important for you to take consistently and have TSH (blood test) monitored regularly and at least 6wks after dose changes.
