A couple days ago i noticed a pain on my inner right leg, i also noticed a bump with red surrounding it. its pretty painful, maybe staph?

Skin infection: Sounds like it could be a hair follicle that is infected and in a sensitive area like the inner thigh it could be quite painful. Should consider a visit to the doctor and possibly an antibiotic.
