SIJ ?: 31 y male w. chronic unilateral "low back/hip pain" & "normal X-ray" needs MRI to rule out disk disorder. If none discovered, then sacroiliac joint, SIJ, disorder, cause of 13-30% of chronic low back pain, needs Osteopathic evaluation.
