Running?: ToanN~ it depends on what positive effects you are looking for? If you are training for a marathon you need about 10mi a day with 1 days rest and a 20mi run once on the weekends and if you are trying to shed 5 lbs in weight, perhaps 2 mi, 2 - 3 times a week will do???? thanks
