You have a few optio: Your options include, go see a doctor and get a check of your urine(Urinalysis). Or you can more carefully watch for any such episode occurring again and then get your urine tested . It is easy to see blood cells under the microscope(part of Urinalysis). Do you have a urologist whom you see regularly? You may need one as most older folks have prostate related issues needing checkups.
