See remark: I don't know age of your son,young toddlers may not be able to aim...PINK stain is very unusual..Toilets are not the cause of pink stains.Does he have complaints like burning,weak stream? To allay your worry,please have a urine test done,in meantime if you're visiting a doctor,have his genitalia examined.If you don't have a doctor,visit local city/countyhealth clinic
