Not pregnant : If you are 2 weeks late for your period and your pregnancy tests are still negative, you are not pregnant. The weight gain could be the cause or both could be due to an under active thyroid or some other problem like insulin resistance or stress eating. If you miss more than one period or are experiencing other symptoms you need to see your PCP, GYN, or an urgent care clinic for evaluation.
