No: Concern for Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, EDS, as autoimmune disorder should be put aside. It is genetic disorder wherein connective tissues are more lax than in normal people. Consequently, body joints have exaggerated ranges of motion & are prone to permanent ligament damage/laxity & generation of chronic widespread body region pains. There a an association between EDS & evolution of Fibromyalgia.

Ehlers-Danlos: Syndrome is a genetic disorder that affects your connective tissues. primarily your skin, joints and blood vessel walls. Immune suppressants will have no use as treatment. Go to the Mayoclinic.org and look up the syndrome for further information.
