Need Zica virus test: It could be simple common upper respiratory infection . But other possibility specific to that area "' Zica Virus infection " ZIKE A flavivirus transmitted by Ades mosquito bite most of the time self limited rarely neurological problems . Best way rule out is to see your doctor to rule out by serology test .also Dengue fever test may be needed

Uncertain: Dengue fever and Leptospirosis don't really fit the bill & there was very little Zika in Borneo. You can consult with a travel medicine specialist if you find yourself with sequela.
