Need an exam : It's not possible to give you precise advice on basis of such limited information. But generally speaking, pain that radiates down a leg and also felt in the the back suggests that something is pressing on spinal nerves. The most common cause is a herniated or bulging disc, although other causes are possible. You must see a physician for proper diagnosis and treatment.
