Acetomenophen is the: commonly used analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) brand name Tylenol (acetaminophen). If taking pamperin, which contains acetomenophen, take ONLY the recommended dose. Do not use if you have know liver disease. If your PMS symptoms do not include cramping or pain, acetomenophen will not be necessary, & would skip it. Discuss taking ANY OTC med with your doc before using to learn safety 4 U.
