UTI vs DM vs OAB vs?: You're a bit young @ 16yo for overactive bladder (OAB), although one should never say never. If it hurts to pee, then you might have a urinary traction infection (UTI), either bladder or kidney. Or if you're excessively thirsty in addition to peeing all the time, you might have diabetes (DM). Regardless, you need to go see your Family Doc or Pediatrician to figure out what's going on.
