Rash: Such a rash can be seen in herpes or,if it's only on one side,shingles. Since these require treatment,I recommend that you get examined by a physician as soon as possible even if the rash turns out to be simply a heat rash or allergic reaction, but blistering is suggestive of a viral infection.
