Heat beat: When blood leaves the heart it goes to , arteries, which are the highway of the body , getting into smaller roadways to deliver blood/ oxygen to each cell personally. In the larger vessels, if thin, can certainly feel the blood pulsating ( feel pulses at the ankles, neck, temple). for tinnitus may be due to loud noise/ infection. F/U w ENT/doc rarely is aneurysm/dissection/ Marfans

Ans: You need to see your doctor for an exam. You are talking about many systems. So get a good physical exam. If all checks out then a mental health exam is in order
