Sitting all day: at work is related to several occupational health affects and is the most likely cause of your current problems. Take frequent breaks at work and get up and stretch your back and neck. If it won't affect your job security, get up and walk around and stretch all your muscles every 1-2 hours.

See your PMR doc: telediagnosis too,tricky here, but posture with head forward position would be an educated guess, stretching the nerves that come from the neck. See a PMR doc who can do a thorough Eval including diagnostic EMG to rule out entrapments or pressure on the cervical spine
