No problem: You were treated with azithromycin, probably in a dose of 1 gram. Alcohol will not intefere at all, even at the same time as treatment, and certainly no problem a few days later. Everyone treated for chlamydia should be retested 3-4 months later, to detect both reinfections and rare treatment failures. And of course your sex partner(s) need treatment. Good luck!
