Abdominal pain that isn't pregnancy or liver problems. what is it?

Could be many things: Sorry - without more details, it is really impossible to tell what's causing your pain. More information about: where the pain is located (which portion of the abdomen), what it feels like, what things make it worse or better, whether you have other associated symptoms like nausea, vomiting, fever, urinary symptoms or constipation or diarrhea, would all be needed to make a better assessment.
