Seek treatment...: Burning with ejaculation can sometimes be an infection of a sexually transmitted infection such as Chlamydia. The tests for Chlamydia aren't perfect and it can be missed by a urine test. Even if you haven't recently been sexually active, the infection could be from an encounter months ago. You might consider having it treated just to be sure. Best wishes!
