Too vague: You have to be more specific as to what your problem is. Your abdomen is just below your diaphragm which separates the chest containing your heart and lungs from the underlying abdominal cavity.

More info needed: These symptoms are too vague in order to answer your question. Perhaps you should see another physician who will take a thorough history and perform an examination. If felt necessary certain tests can be ordered so that your questions can be answered more to your satisfaction.
