Timing of puberty: I do not know your age but there are many pediatric texts which show the various stages of sexual development, characterized as Tanner 1 to 5, along with the usual external signs at different stages. You also ask your Mom when she had her first menses as these things are under genetic control and she gave you half of your genes. If she is not available to you one of her relatives might know.
