Bright red: blood is usually a sign of a urologic problem eg: kidney stone , bladder infection,STD. Old blood (brownish) usually refers to a KIDNEY issue eg polycystic disease. AT ANY RATE at your age the chances of a urology issue (infection( prostate bladder)is close to 100% Contact your Primary Care Provider as soon as possible and in the meantime do not have sexual contact until this is worked out!
