Not HPV. Yeast?: HPV infections don't cause itching or redness; for sure that's not it. Yeast infection is the most common cause of such symptoms, and can be difficult to document even with careful evaluation by expert doctors. Allergy may be possible, e.g. to vaginal perfumes, soap, spermicide, or latex condoms. Speak with your doctor about trying yeast treatment; effective ones are available over the counter.
