Thyroid: You must have your thyroid levels measured - TSH, T4, T3 (liothyronine). If there is an abnormality in the results correction is simple and straightforward. If there are no abnormal thyroid results follow your doctor's advice and also see a dietitian.

Nutritionist: If you're working out that often and not seeing any results in terms of weight loss, it might be time to consult with a nutritionist or dietician. I'd also check in with your doctor & discuss if some routine lab work of metabolic function is indicated. Good luck & continue the good work!
