Not necessarily: Your anal fissures need to be monitored to make sure they heal and get better. The cream helps in the healing process, but wouldnt prevent pain altogether during defecatio if ulcer still present. Make sure oyu take plenty of stool softerns, to lessen the blow, as much as possible!
