My skin is leaving dark marks after a minor scar or even after a heat boil. . Am I having any defeciency?

No: Skin trauma can leave behind hyperpigmentation, another term for darker areas of skin. The best way to prevent this is to not irritate any skin trauma. To help the marks that are already there, avoid the sun. There are also several prescription medications that can help fade dark spots. But it does mean that you have a deficiency of anything.
