Always!: If you are having sex at all, there is ALWAYS a chance you could be pregnant! However, this sounds more like your bowels moving. There are a lot of things in your abdomen, like bowel and bladder as well as our baby making parts! The moving around thing is something bowels do every day. Make sure you drink plenty of water (3 liters a day at least) and eat a lot of fiber to keep those bowels moving.
