Help to ease the extreme pain due to hemorrhoids. can't defecate or urinate properly. nor can i move without feeling the extreme pain.

Thrombosed?: At your age I would expect the most likely reason for the pain etc is that a hemorrhoid is thrombosed. While heat packs and conservative management could be tried based on my experience once the diagnosis is confirmed by an exam, surgical incision and drainage is the most effective solution. Of course, prevention of hemorrhoids is good idea as well.
