What is the difference in 81 enteric coated aspirin and 81 non enteric coated...is their any interference with other meds if enteric coated?

See below: Enteric coated just means the pill is coated with a material to prevent it from dissolving in the stomach. This avoids stomach upset in some patients. Interference with other medicines is not an issue either way.
