Need more info: I wonder if you urinate often small amount each time or actually excessive amount. Also wonder if you feel thirsty all the time and drink copious amount of fluid.

Frequent: urination is one of the classic 33 symptoms of anxiety. Have you talked with a psychologist about WHY you have anxiety?
