Hot tub folliculitis: is most likely. See http://dermnetnz.org/acne/spapool-folliculitis.html It may clear on its own or you may need to see a clinic to get some antibiotic in cream or oral form. Have your aunt thoroughly clean and disinfect the pool. Good luck!

Folliculitis: Sounds like it could be folliculitis, an inflammation/infection of your hair follicles. This happens sometimes from swimming in pools or spas where there is an increased amount of bacteria, Showering with antibacterial soap daily and applying hydrocortisone cream can help. Use of an antihistamine such as benadryl (diphenhydramine) can help the itching See your doctor if there are many open sores as it may need rx
