Impossible: You cannot have menstrual bleeding when pregnant, at all. Never, your friend is mistaken. There are other reasons for vaginal bleeding in a pregnant woman, but it would not likely be regular. This is a good reason to see an ob, or get one if you don't have one yet. Good wishes.
