See Ophthalmologist: Have you been treated by a doctor, or simply used otc drops? At this point i recommend an eye specialist, an ophthalmologist to do a through exam, possible a culture, and determine what is going on. A si, ple conjunctivitis should not recur so many times. Get it checked out.

Lubrcatei: Most likely dry eyes or related to systemic autoimmune condition. One can use artificial tears and take oral omega-3s. Warm compresses to stimulate more tear production. A humidifier in the home. Beyond that you need the advice of an eye md. They may recommend punctal plugs, medicated drops, etc.
