Yes, it is OK: Excedrin Migraine contains 3 ingredients: Tylenol, (acetaminophen) aspirin, and caffeine. None of these should interact with antibiotic.

Execedrin & Antibiot: Hello. Members of the Macrolide family such as Clarithromycin, Erythromycin, Zithromycin can lose some of their potency when taken together with excedrin. You'll need to stagger your excedrin use from your antibiotic if you are taking one of these. Y

Good question: As you can see from other answers to this questions, there is some difference of opinion. A total of 654 drugs (2825 brand and generic names) are known to interact with clarithromycin. No serious interactions have been reported with Excedrin.
