Home Remedies: A bit young to be having some morning stiffness and triggering, although trigger fingers can occur at any age. Try to ice your hand down after you get home from work for 10-15 minutes. Take aleve (naproxen) or advil in the evening after dinner. The warm hands up with a heating pad or warm water for 10-15 mins. Before going to bed. If this does not help get it checked out.
