Constipation: It is the constipation, not hemorrhoid that are the likely cause of stomach cramps. Take a laxative like Dulcolax. if that does not help you may administer yourself an enema like Fleets enema. If all that does not work, it would be prudent to see your doctor or go to an emergency room.
