See a doctor: A rash usually needs to be seen to be diagnosed. Sometimes they even need to be biopsied. I suggest starting with your primary care doctor. He or she may be able to treat your or you may need referral to a dermatologist. Either way, it's unlikely to be related to your birth control. It does still need to be check out though.
