The question: The first question is why u haven't had a period for 1 1/2 yr. You don't mention your age but if it is because of menopause u need to be seen ASAP. Menopause is defined as no period for 1 year. After that any bleeding is abnormal and needs to b evaluated to rule out endometrial hyperplasia which can b precancerous. If the blood is in ur urine it could be a kidney stone, UTI, or a bladder problem
