Maybe: If there's a possibility that it's an echinococcus -- i.e., you were around a dog in sheep-raising country -- then find out whether that might be what it is. Otherwise, forget it. They "just happen". I think they're from a single dumb-luck non-cancer-style mutation in the early embryo. Unless the imaging person is concerned about malignancy, don't give the thing another thought.
