Possible: Although 4 cycles of ABVD is generally minimum for patients with bulky disease, you should see response by now. If no response at all, you may consider re-biopsy the FDG-avid mass. If biopsy proves refractory disease, consider 2nd line treatment (high dose chemotherapy, stem cell transplant and/or radiation). In addition, re-review of the initial pathology may also be helpful.
