It is behaving like: Over 90% of cases with Hodgkin's would shrink following ABVD chemotherapy. It seems your tumor is refractory. You will need further treatment. Seek a Hodgkin's(Lymphoma) expert at a major Cancer Center for further(new) treatment. Let us know if you have trouble finding further help/answers
