Might be ok: You can have any kind of bleeding pattern on the mini pill, anything from frequent bleeding to no bleeding at all can be normal. You can also have symptoms of your period coming but still not have bleeding. You can treat just like you would if it were your period, ibuprofen, Tylenol (acetaminophen). Not normal would be fever constant vomiting, persistent diarrhea, severe pain. See your doctor if you have those.
