Choroidal Veins: Discoloration of the sclera (whites of the eyes), is usually due to the underlying choroidal veins which can show through. It may sometimes be associated with a genetic disorder of collagen formation, but not always. Might want to discuss with his doc regarding any other signs/symptoms of possible collagen formation disorder. Hope this was helpful. Thanks for using Healthtap. Dr R
