My boyfriend has grey spots in the whites of his eyes he's had these all his life but we are curious as to what they might be?

Choroidal Veins: Discoloration of the sclera (whites of the eyes), is usually due to the underlying choroidal veins which can show through. It may sometimes be associated with a genetic disorder of collagen formation, but not always.
