Constipation gases: Smoking causes GI issues: gastritis, pancreas -2 packs is a lot please stop. For consitpation hydrate w/ 2.5-4liters/day water/juices ( not pure water will dilute sodium)depending on size and heat. Eat 1 cup lentils, oats ,brown rice, barley a day. & greens. Keep food diary sometimes food give us gas ( milk, gluten, soy).Ranitidine for gastritis and maalox 1x/d x 1wk. f/u w/doc
