Why do you need this: High doses of tyrosine have been reported to cause restlessness, anxiety, and rapid heart beat. The branched chain branched-chained amino acids are most important in maintaining muscle tissues and preventing muscle breakdown with strenuous exercise. If you have liver or kidney disease, you should not take in high doses of amino acids. But, I can't really see why you are using this.
